Your role

Are you an engaged person who wants to take on the challenge of influencing the development of mechanical maintenance? You will have a central role where you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and preparing maintenance work to be carried out safely. You will lead efforts with both internal and external personnel, ensuring that maintenance activities are performed efficiently and working purposefully to achieve the highest possible availability for our facilities.

Your social skills play a significant role, as you will be a central part of communication with both employees and suppliers. You will work in a team of four who are your closest colleagues, but you will collaborate broadly across the entire section.

We are looking for an engaged and responsible person who enjoys working in a structured manner, has good collaboration skills, and a strong safety mindset. In your work, you see the big picture and work independently with an analytical mindset. Humility, relationship-building, and safety awareness are valued traits as we care about a good working environment.

Requirements for the position:

• Approved high school diploma
• Driver's license (B)
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

• Knowledge of facilities
• Good computer skills
• Experience in maintenance work and maintenance systems
